    Small Group Training classes offered in the mornings and evenings. Each class is 30 minutes in length and designed around YOUR fitness level. Maximum 5 people per class to ensure safe and effective workouts are meeting your goals. Customized workout routines in a group setting for extra motivation.

  • Private Personal Training

    Looking for a more exclusive experience? Try our private one-on-one personal training sessions. Schedule your workouts to suit your availability. Get individualized training sessions that will help you find the success and results you are looking for.

– OWNER/HEAD COACH

Head Coach Kaycie specializes in functional fitness and performance training. She has 11 years of experience as a personal trainer and has helped hundreds in the community improve their fitness for better health.

We are located in the College Business Park off Monte Vista Ave. and Foothill Blvd. When traveling north on Monte Vista Ave., the 5th and last entrance into the complex on the right is the best entry (right before Corey's Nursery and the Claremont Blvd. traffic light). Follow this entry straight down to the last building, number 1336 and we are on the north side in suite 13.
