Thank you so much for visiting our page. I have come to the decision to CLOSE Kinetik Performance in Upland, CA on November 23, 2022. It was 8 wonderful years getting to know the community of Upland and surrounding areas and part of me is a little heartbroken to share this news, but another part of me is relieved and very much excited for the next chapter. I will be moving my personal training services 100% online. I will be giving myself a much needed break through the end of 2022 to enjoy the time with my family and friends and will not take on any new clients until 2023.

I am so thankful from the very bottom of my heart to have met each and every person who walked through our doors and has blessed me with their patronage and for sharing a part of their life with me! I will miss that connection the most and I truly thank you for allowing me to provide my passion for health and exercise to a small part of the world. I wish everyone the most optimal health and wellness moving into the future!
